Jewelry casting is a process of making jewelry pieces that involves the pouring of liquid metal alloy into a mold. It is usually referred to as lost-wax casting because the casting mold is created using a wax model that is melted away to leave a hollow chamber in the middle of the mold.

Driftwood is wood that has been washed onto a shore or beach of a sea, by the action of winds, tides or waves.  This is cast from a piece of driftwood that was found on the beach in Madison, Connecticut.

Antique brass pendant is 2" long and the brass chain is 26".  Each necklace comes with an informational card and a cloth bag for safe keeping.
